City of Gentle People, Dumaguete

Dumaguete

When I am still living in Cebu, Dumaguete City is among the bucket list to visit but it did not happened not until last February 4, 2017. I was invited to attend the wedding of Mr. and Mrs, Carpio and that's how I started my journey in Dumaguete City.

Dumaguete is referred to as a university city because of the presence of four universities and a number of other colleges where students of the province converge to enroll for tertiary education. Aside from that, it is also serves as the gateway to all the wonderful things that the province of Negros Oriental has to offer - the home of some breathtaking sites, majestic waterfalls and enchanting islands.
