Last year, super typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) devastated Eastern Visayas and Northern Cebu. Bantayan Island was among those who took the hardest blows of the typhoon which destroyed the island. Today, I observe some infrastructures are not yet recovering from the disaster and lots of trees had been cut off. Somehow, the main area of Bantayan is now recovering and continuing its progress.
