Enjoy the best of Bicolano cuisine at Spicy Elements located on the Sky Garden of SM CDO Downtown Premier. Visited this restaurant with my friends for dinner. The place is a typical resto bar with live music. It is a hangout place for friends who simply want to chill.

Food was better than good. The menu provided a good selection. We went for Flaming Chicken, Jumbangus and Sinigang na Bangus Belly. Each dish were immaculately plated. Each one looked very appetizing.
