Secdea Beach Resort

Just to beat the heat of summer, I went to the one of the expensive resort here in Samal Island - Secdea Beach Resort. The resort has two swimming pools with an exclusive beach area. They also offer equipment rentals like jetski, kayak, banana boat ride, flying fish ride, paddler boat, bicycle and many more.

Other things you can also do here are fishing where you can buy the fish after you catch them then cook it and you can also go to the mangrove area where you can take portrait pictures and see some of the crabs working out there.

If you are planning to stay on the resort, they also offer room accommodation ranging from 4,000php to 15,000php. The cheapest one is the Amakan Room cost 4,000php which is good for 4 pax, non-aircon and common toilet & bath.

How was my day tour? Well, with all that amenities and stuffs I was like chilling under the sun. And not only me who enjoyed that tour but also my tummy with their tasty lunch buffet that they served on that day. Kudos to the resort.

Getting there is very easy. If you are from Davao City, go to the Sasa Wharf Port by ferry for just 10php going to Samal Island then take a motorbike ride for 75php with an estimated time travel of 20 - 30 minutes depends on the speed going to the resort.
