Now that we're on the "BER" months, it is the time of the year again where rainy days are frequent and we need to keep ourselves warm to adapt to the cold temperature brought about by the climate. In lieu of this, Dencia want to share with you a Filipino dish traditionally thought of a soft food to help our body warm. "Lugaw" is enjoyed as snack and even as a meal itself. Some meat is added to the rice for nutritional value. Chicken bones and ginger are my favorite ingredients. "Lugaw" with chicken is also referred to by its Spanish name Arroz Caldo. And I think, Dencia's Arroz Caldo is a treat you should not miss when you are here in the heart of Davao City.
