The apartment has two bedrooms, one is for the host and the other one is for the guest (master bedroom) and a shared bathroom. Guest can bring in food to cook and can use the kitchen as long as they clean after themselves. For a small fee of 150php, guest can use the swimming pool - this money is paid directly to the property admin. Aside from that, you can also use the gym for free.

Great complex, everything well maintained, clean, and operational. Convenience Store, 7-Eleven and Jollibee right outside grounds. Wet and dry market is just walking distance. Near malls, nightlife & restaurant, 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. Taxis always at the ready outside gated entry. Janice is extremely considerate and helpful. Highly recommended.
