On the other hand, I or we notice some lapses. First, when they serve food, they dont have initiative to offer a glass of water first. Second, the staff seems so busy that they cannot cater all orders and request. A simple request such as a glass of water and additional order would take minutes (roughly 5 minutes). In our case, we ask additional rice 3x and that is irritating. Third, they dont have hotline number yet in which the customer can ask for reservation or can ask if their is still available set instead of waiting outside the premises. Overall, it was nice experience.
